Key Elements Of Relationship Survival †Psychology Essay

Key Elements Of Relationship Survival †Psychology Essay Free Online Research Papers Key Elements Of Relationship Survival Psychology Essay I accept there are a few key components that are required all together for a relationship to endure and without these components a relationship could be dependent upon disappointment. At the point when an individual thinks about a relationship, they start to consider what they would need, need or how they might profit by it. Be that as it may, while considering harvesting for themselves, they neglect to consider the other individual. The necessities of one individual may not be indistinguishable requirements from the other individual this prompts the way that we are altogether unique. Notwithstanding, there are a few components in a relationship that we as a whole share for all intents and purpose and can likewise identify with. It is imperative to have somebody to impart your life to. Some don’t have confidence seeing someone and would like to be separated from everyone else. While I am one who feels that having somebody is a piece of developing throughout everyday life, getting more established, raising a family; I will illuminate the individuals who don’t have confidence seeing someone the significance of them and the key components that will help with holding a solid relationship together. Those components are fascination, compa nionship, regard, love, trust, security, closeness, and the hardest of all fund. I will presently clarify my convictions on how without these components a relationship is bound for disappointment. Fascination At the point when an individual meets somebody the primary thing that is recognized is the way that individual looks. Is the individual in question alluring or not and the appropriate response is typically snappy and programmed, it is just as we are modified with this qualification. Once in a while, after we have settled on our choice about that individual, our decision could construe whether we even need to warm up to that individual. For example, if an individual isn't appealing and has an awful demeanor someone else may not be attracted or OK with becoming more acquainted with that individual. In any case if an individual is alluring and has a decent mentality someone else may feel increasingly good with conveying and conceivably becoming acquainted with that individual in this manner building up a colleague that in time forms into a kinship or something progressively genuine. At the end of the day, there is sure basis that must be met even before companionship is set up. Fascinat ion is an important factor in the start of a relationship. Companionship At the point when kinship is at last started the duty regarding keeping a fellowship isn't troublesome as long as the two individuals are straightforward and steadfast. They must be acceptable audience members and they need to graciousness and sympathy for the other individual. What I search for in a companion is somebody who could be there when I need them and that individual wouldn't fret sharing, giving, understanding and being dependable and consequently I would give that individual a similar treatment. In a relationship, in addition to the fact that it is a brilliant advantage for have companionship it is one of the key components for relationship endurance. Regard Numerous individuals know about the word regard, unique gratitude to a notable and vigorously lauded vocalist and musician by the name of Aretha Franklin. Mrs. Franklin’s tune illuminated the word R.E.S.P.E.C.T and the vocalist disclosed what it intends to her. I'm not catching respect's meaning to you? Everyone conveys their very own definition to the word regard. The reading material importance as well as what the word truly intends to you, my concept of regard is do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It is entirely plain as day, on the off chance that you like to be loved, at that point treasure the individual you are with. Regard to me is setting aside the effort to uncovered with a people sentiments in the event that you are making some hard memories understanding that individual regard them with tolerance. In the event that you are irate with an individual regard that individual by not lashing out of frustration to make hurt that individual. Regard isn't hit ting somebody, if an individual hits somebody they are involved with they don't regard that individual and neither does that individual have regard for themselves. A relationship needs regard to draw two individuals nearer together, when an individual acknowledges they are all around regarded by someone else they start to feel trust. TRUST Trust is the core of a relationship. â€Å"†¦trust is the conviction by one individual that anothers inspirations towards them are big-hearted and honest.† (www.wikipedia.com) I accept that without trust there should not be a relationship by any stretch of the imagination. For example, somebody undermines their accomplice yet they don't say a final farewell to one another the casualty may pardon the con artist, anyway the casualty always remembers what the con artist has done. Thus the relationship is harmed. At the point when the miscreant, who is not, at this point a con artist, ventures out from home for a stroll to the letter box, the casualty is tense and awkward. The casualty is worried about the possibility that that the used-to-be-con artist is going to cheat once more. Setting off to the letter box isn't almost enough to stress over yet absence of trust can turn the brain of the casualty to a fanatical informer and nobody likes to be blamed for things constantly. Without trust, a relationship will burn to the ground and there won't be any pieces left over to get together and attempt to assemble back. Trust is a solid key component of a connections endurance. Fund A clarification for fund is typically not required, however I will express my conviction in any case. Conjugal clashes emerge not on account of cash itself, but since of a couples contrasting feelings about cash. (â€Å"More Than Just Money† By. Suzanne Woods Fisher, Christianity Today, Spring 2003 Issue.) Without cash or the help of cash a relationship turns truly flimsy. â€Å"†¦but they before long discover that cash is a tie that can tie more firmly and more horrendously than any marriage license.† (â€Å"Before ‘I Do’ Don’t Do This† By. Jeff Opdyke, Love and Money, Wall Street Journal.) Knowing that somebody is destitute constantly, a few people truly don't take an interest in needing to be involved with that type individual. It isn't that they are considered as â€Å"gold diggers† or individuals who are about cash however everybody needs somewhat money related back up at times. In spite of the fact that being cautious with sp ending and other joint endeavors monetarily are additionally significant. For the love of cash is a foundation of a wide range of insidiousness (The Holy Bible 1 Timothy 6:10). Having sure funds is useful in keeping a relationship steady and secure. Closeness A close connection is a relational relationship with a lot of physical and additionally passionate closeness. It is normally portrayed by sentimental or energetic love and connection. Sexuality could conceivably be included. (www.wikipedia.com) While including these key components together two individuals will have the option to learn closeness. Closeness is an excellent inclination shared between two individuals that can prompt heaps of magnificent minutes in life one of those minutes is the specialty of being infatuated. A few people botch closeness for sex, genuine enough it is a piece of it yet in a decent relationship that has the entirety of the key components sex for the most part follows becoming hopelessly enamored. Everyone wants to be touched with mindful and love. Closeness is a significant key component in a relationship. LOVE This is the last factor that isn't so last since I accept that during the making of the entirety of the key components love is totally filled in to the entirety of the spaces. Love has a few distinct implications in the English language, from something that gives a little joy (I cherished that feast) to something for which one would kick the bucket for (enthusiasm, pair-holding). It can portray an extraordinary sentiment of warmth, a feeling or an enthusiastic state. In customary use, it for the most part alludes to relational love. As an encounter ordinarily felt by an individual for someone else, it is usually viewed as difficult to portray. Word references will in general characterize love as profound friendship or fondness†¦ all in all, if an individual ever ponders, through coming up short on any of the key components of relationship endurance, â€Å"Why am I still with this person?† They can generally allude to this component. Individuals experience bunches of torme nt, coming up short on these significant components now and again, however the best component of all could be the explanation we as a whole keep on suffering, appreciate, or tragically lose who we truly are, and that component is love. Love is the most grounded key component of relationship endurance. shawndrell0904@aol.com Exploration Papers on Key Elements Of Relationship Survival - Psychology EssayThree Concepts of PsychodynamicComparison: Letter from Birmingham and CritoThe Fifth HorsemanMind TravelResearch Process Part OneCapital PunishmentHarry Potter and the Deathly Hallows EssayThe Relationship Between Delinquency and Drug UseWhere Wild and West MeetAnalysis of Ebay Expanding into Asia

A Portrait of Henry V As The Amalgamation of Hotspur and Falstaff - Literature Essay Samples

Though Henry V can be read and appreciated as a stand alone piece, it is most valuable when considered as part of a tetralogy. The two parts of Henry IV depict the characters and present the initial stages of the conflict in a way that pushes one to reconsider Henry V as a continuation of the previous two plays. The dynamic evolution in the portrayal of Prince Hal can clearly be seen from the study of Henry V. In particular, Henry IV Part 1 sets up two of the main characters, Hotspur and Falstaff, who are only mentioned in Henry V. These two individuals are essential to better understanding how Prince Hal becomes the king that he is and why he makes the decisions that he does. Through his interactions with them and through their deaths, Hal gains their qualities boldness and determination from Hotspur and wit and wordplay from Falstaff and adds them to his own charisma. The two parts, in association with V, help us see the two-part process by which this happens: the death of Hotspu r allows Hal to acquire qualities that will lie in him until Falstaff’s death. That death serves as a catalyst, thereby allowing the acquired qualities to translate into noble actions on the field. Shakespeare subtly sets up two critical characters who later play a decisive role in the making of Henry V. The young nobleman Harry Percy, known as Hotspur and only present in Part 1, is the son of the Earl of Northumberland. His family, the Percy family of the North, is essential to the plot, as the Percys are critical in helping Henry IV gain the throne. Feeling that King Henry IV no longer respects his debt towards them, they lead a revolt, thus forming the narrative for Part 1. Hotspur is immediately portrayed as a valiant soldier, his nickname originating from his â€Å"hot† and fierce attitude in battle. It is in this context that he is first mentioned in the play by Westmorland, who narrates that Hotspur has won back Holmedon and taken multiple prisoners (1.1. 52-5). He is then referred to by the King himself, who envies Northumberland for having â€Å"so blest a son†, â€Å"A son who is the theme of honour’s tongue† (1.1. 80). Unlike many of Shake speare’s antagonists, Hotspur is never portrayed as evil, but rather shown in a complimentary light. The weaker qualities of Hotspur’s character are a consequence of his very strengths: he is stubborn and impulsive. As an example, Hotspur tries to bargain with the King for his prisoners against a ransom to get back his brother-in-law, Mowbray (1.3). In this scene, Hotspur lets his temper act out, as he does not take time to consider that the requests are coming from the King directly and that Mowbray is considered a traitor in the royal court. Along with those weaknesses, Hotspur is a rash and boastful young adult. In 5.2, Worcester lies to him by telling him that Hal has insulted the Percys. In response, and in a reaction disproportional to the present situation, Hotspur calls for a duel with the Prince. Though Shakespeare takes time at the beginning of the play to set Hotspur up as a strong and central figure, he is quick to show that Hotspurs priorities make him fal l short of his goals. Shakespeare wants the audience to make a clear comparison between Prince Hal and Hotspur. Beyond their shared first name, he gives them the same age and gives their wives the same name (Kate). Against his rebellious but noble Prince, he paints Hotspur as the driven antagonist. Next to Hotspur, Hal appears as an irresponsible young man, who does not deserve the crown. The two never actually interact until the very end, when they meet in a duel, but they are constantly considered together in the audience’s and in the King’s mind. For him, Hotspur is the epitome of the perfect son, with only some minor qualifications. When Hal finally expresses his opinion about Hotspur, it is only with the positive terms with which he challenges Hotspur to a duel. Hal prefaces his request with the following lines: â€Å"I do not think a braver gentleman, // More active-valiant or more valiant-young, // More daring, or more bold, is now alive† (5.1. 89-91). The challenge presented i s combat and Hal needs to prove his worth by defeating Hotspur. For his part, Hotspur even recognizes that Hal is taking away his honor in his last speech: â€Å"I better brook the loss of brittle life // Than those proud titles thou hast won of me. They wound me my thoughts worse than thy sword my flesh.† (5.4. 77-9). The Prince wins the duel and, as he kills Hotspur, takes on the very qualities that he so admired in him. While Hotspur represents the noble court world, Falstaff is the main comedian of Hal’s preferred world, that of the commoners. Falstaff, present in both parts of Henry IV, is depicted as a fat, old, and disorderly man. He is the personification of their world’s central location: a cheap pub in Eastcheap, London. Falstaff spends his time drinking, making poor sexual references and desperately looking everywhere for money. One of his particular vices is a greed that leads to corruption. As the Percy-led revolt intensifies, Hal asks Falstaff to join him on the battle with soldiers from various towns (4.2). Falstaff only succeeds in bringing â€Å"pitiful rascals† (4.2. 57) because he let go of the more able men in return for sums of money. As opposed to Hotspur, Falstaff is constantly portrayed in terms of his faults, but there are passages where Shakespeare lets through glimpses of wit and wordplay. The most poignant instance of this is at the end of 5.1 in Part 1. Falstaff speaks about honor and brings up the problem of the living men having to suffer on its behalf. In a strongly delivered speech, Falstaff reduces honor seamlessly to just a word: â€Å"What is honour? A word.† (5.1. 133). Though these characters are essential in themselves, it is most interesting to see how they interact with Prince Hal. Falstaff and Hal are connected from the very start. The first time both characters are presented is in 1.2, in which one can see their familiar attitude towards each other. Hal does not hesitate to jokingly and affectionately insult his friend: Thou art so fat-witted with drinking of old sack, and unbuttoning thee after supper, and sleeping upon benches after noon (1.2. 2-4). The two are constantly shown as being very close to each other, Falstaff feeling almost a paternal link to Hal. This is most apparent when it is announced that Hal is going to become King and Falstaff seems to be worried for him. On the other side, Hal enjoys playing tricks on Falstaff, as he is easily fooled and always has an inclination to exaggerate stories. However, Hal protects Falstaff and is there for him when needed. For example, there are multiple occasions when the police come looking for Falstaff in the pub, but Hal is quick in finding an excuse for him. Falstaff relies on Hal in multiple instances an d seems to be growing from his presence; in fact, Falstaff explicitly expresses this by saying that Before I knew thee, Hal, I knew nothing (1.2. 82-3). However, Hals feelings towards Falstaff, and all the commoners in general, are more confusing. Hal seems to be comfortable within their world as he spends almost of his time with them and finds humor in it. This is contrasted with passages when Hal admits that he is putting on a front so that his father, and England in general, do not expect anything from him so that he can better impress them when he becomes King (1.2. 173-95). His relationship with Falstaff is completely ended when he is crowned in Part 2 and asks that Falstaff is not to come near our person by ten mile (5.5. 63). Hal realizes that in order to become the King that he desires to be, he cannot afford to keep his intimate relations with low commoners. Falstaff does not understand this and ends his days consumed by the sadness resulting from Hal, now the King, not ta lking to him anymore. Hotspur and Falstaff both have important qualities and faults, but their power lies in their influence over Hal. Through their respective deaths, Hotspur and Falstaff pass along their best traits to Hal. The Hal shown in Henry IV Part 1 is a young and intelligent man, but he lacks the appropriate priorities and family values. Indeed, King Henry IV wishes that his son were more princely. However, through saving his father from being hurt and from killing Hotspur, Hal is able to demonstrate his ability to be the soldier that he is required to be. Following the death of Hotspur, Hal appears to be a true leader, directing troops towards Wales. What separates the two characters is Hals ability to take on Hotspur’s best qualities, while leaving aside his impulsiveness. An example of this can be seen through Henry Vs pleading words to God â€Å"Not today, O Lord, // O not today, think not upon the fault // My father made in compassing the crown.† (4.1. 274-6). Henry there admi ts the fault in his father of having usurped the throne of its rightful owner, but never does he make the mistake of pronouncing it aloud or of showing a shred of disloyalty. In contrast with Hotspur, Hal is willing to recognize his mistakes and accept blame. When asked to calm down by his uncle and his father in the first scenes of Part 1, Hotspur ignores them and continues to assert that his actions are rightful. The contrasting scene can be found in Part 2 (5.2), when the Lord Chief Justice tries to justify himself for his actions against the young Hal. Hal, now King, responds by thanking him for having rightfully imprisoned him. As such, Hal takes on the qualities of a family-oriented man who weeps by his dying fathers bed, and of a soldier who is invincible, and adds them to his own temperament and introspection. However, these qualities are not enough to make Hal the king that he is capable of being, until the middle of Henry V. The start of Henry V shows a king who relies on others to make decisions and who shies away from responsibility. The King announces war with France in part because the money-seeking Canterbury and Exeter advise him to do so. He lays the the guilt of the war on them when he announces that Therefore let every man now task his thought, That this fair action may on foot be brought (1.2. 309-10). However, scenes towards the middle of the play, like 3.3 or the famous St Crispians day speech, show a King that has a powerful command of language and a will that inspires all his soldiers to want to fight. Without having read Henry IV, it is hard to think about this, mistakenly attributing these qualities to his growth. However, the two previous parts allow us to reconsider this. As stated above, Henry has many fine qualities, but there seems to be something holding him down. S tudying Falstaff allows for a better understanding of this behavior. Though Henry cuts the tie between the two worlds at the end of Part 2, he still has very strong links to it as the characters desperately try to get involved in his life. Thus, indirectly, these two forces tug at him and he is unable to fully assume leadership. In 2.3 of Henry V, it is stated that Falstaff is dying because of Henry. This is due to the fact that Henry no longer considers their friendship worthy, although Falstaff is still very dependent on him. By pushing Falstaff to his last breath, Henry is able to let go of his young and rebellious old self and completely assume his new character as the King. Falstaffs death enables him to really display his aforementioned qualities. Similarly, Henry needs to make his friends Nim and Bardoff face justice, as he cannot have any remaining connections with his previous world. Perhaps most importantly, Henry also acquires Falstaffs great wordplay, allowing him to mot ivate and energize his soldiers. At the outset, Prince Hal is intelligent and funny, but lacks certain, highly necessary kingly qualities. The reading of Henry IV serves as a potential way to understand how Henry V acquires these qualities. Hal kills Hotspur and gets his good traits, but they lie somewhat dormant in him until Henry indirectly kills Falstaff. Not only do these two characters help to explain how Hal becomes the King he does in Henry V, they also justify the actions he takes as a King, actions that might have seemed questionable and rash without the context of Henry IV.

Interview With Pakistani Ethnology is the part of anthropology that focuses on the cultures of the world; its written results are published in ethnographies. While conducting my first ethnology I learned more about my friend Mohammed than I have learned about him in the seven years I have been acquainted with him. Ramadan is a month long period of fasting that comes once every lunar calendar. The fasting is observed from sunup to sundown and during this period no eating, sex or lying is allowed. During this time a Muslim must also give to others in the name of Islam. At the end of the period of Ramadan large celebrations occur with lots of giving and exchanging of food. This seems to be similar to the Christian Easter or Christmas. Islam seems to be a very interesting religion and I intend to study it further with the help of the Quran, the holy book of Islam, of which Moe gave me a copy as a gift. Anthropology defines social structure as the sum of the patterns of relationships in a society. Moe’s social structure is quite interesting, and is quite different from what we are used to here. Perhaps the difference that I found most interesting is that in Islam and his home country of Pakistan, marriage among first cousins is not only accepted but also actually quite common. Moe said that the Muslim majority â€Å"prefer inside the family marriage†, and that of his immediate family he is the only one to not have married inside the family. The contrasts and perspectives of using alcohol, can have negative impacts on the characters’ lives and also define their moral values. While, alcohol acts as a socializing figure it allows the characters to unite with one another through stories, tends to create anxiety, stress and between dear ones and furthermore, separate them by breaking up the social bonds. Managing Innovation Adoption of Supply Chain †MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Managing Innovation Adoption of Supply Chain. Answer: Introduction: Every company has a big responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction. When the customer is satisfied, there will be a tremendous growth in the business, as demand will shoot. The work of planning, implementing, and control of the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services and related information from the origin to the point of consumption is logistic management (Christopher, 2016). A logistic manager fulfills this role. Logistic management is a component of the supply chain management, which is very crucial for the achievement of the company's goal. In this study, I chose one of the food manufacturing companies in Singapore called Golden Bridge Foods Pte Ltd. According to Sadie (2012), this company started in 1993. The founder of Golden Bridge Foods ltd wanted to satisfy the love of Singaporeans to processed meat, and hence the development of the company. After three years, the company moved to the new site in Senoko South road Singapore. The company is the leading manufacturer of the processed meat in both Singapore and outside world. Their business has been growing and established due to the love that Singaporeans have for processed meat. The company has ensured jobs to some of the Singaporeans. For instance, in 2012, the company had employed 130 staff members, 35 were working in the administration, sales and supports, ten were under management, and 95 were working in the production and operations. The staff population has been increasing yearly due to the growth experienced in the company. Global Bridge Foods Company has been standing out among its competitors due to its unique production. They were awarded several certificates one of them being an ISO-certified certificate with the international organization and standardization (Sadie, 2012). This paper explains how principles of logistics management are applied, their effectiveness in the company and provides recommendations in the various logistics systems. A logistic function within an organization is not independent. There must be an interaction of logistics with one or two different functions within the company to ensure maximum productivity and increased profit margins. Within a company, logistics interfaces with different functions among them being: Production/manufacturing, finance, accounting, and marketing. Interfacing with these different organizational functions will determine the profit margin of the organization. In Golden Bridgewood Company, there are various interfaces between logistics and the different functions within the company. The following are the description of how logistics interfaces with other functions within the company: Marketing: In recent times, organizations realize the importance of integrating marketing and logistics. Warehouse and distribution are very critical in marketing; there is no sale that can be recorded when the product manufacturing is stagnant, or the product is not at the right place and time as required by the customers. When marketers give orders from customers, the company has to meet the set deadline for delivery. Logistic functions help in making the timely delivery possible. Marketers need to ensure that the products are in stock and within the required time, they can reach the customers. Without this integration with logistics, marketing will not be productive (Min, 2015). Finance and Accounting: Logistics integrates with finance in a manner that it helps in budgeting, negotiating contracts with carriers, auditing freight bills, discovering billing errors, and managing parcel shipping. All these are roles that directly involve finance and accounting, but logistics comes in to give support and the required information by the finance department. Finance department cannot manage to monitor every bit of the carrier bills, payment and negotiations; by logistics coming to help, it boosts the cohesion of the company. When there is no integration between the two departments, finance and accounting department may cause the bankruptcy of the company (Wuttke et al., 2013). Production: Production or manufacturing is an important element of the company. It is the main body of the company. There will be no production when the supply of raw material is not efficient. There must be an effective way of supplying raw materials, the intermediary, and the final products. Logistics helps in the production department by ensuring there is an effective flow of the raw materials. They build a trusted relationship with the carriers who are able to work with the companys logistics policies and hence ensure effective transportation of the raw materials. Delivery deadlines set by customer gives a guide for carriers to work within the time threshold. Lack of integration between production and logistics will result in delayed production and thus the general delay in the entire process (Wuttke et al., 2013). Order processing system captures the data from a customer, stores the data in the central database, and sends the order to the finance and shipping department. In golden Bridge Company, the system is very effective, from the advertisement of the products via online platforms, inquiries are sent in and follow-ups are made to the customers in order to get sales from them. The Company has improved transporting systems making the whole process efficient; products are able to reach customers within the required period. There are different steps involved in order cycle that make the entire process effective in Golden Bridge Food Company, (Carr, 2015). Sales enquires and preparation of quotations Golden Bridge Food Company advertises its products on different online platforms, websites, social media, and many others. Most customers learn about their products and are able to send enquires on the advertised offers. Once an inquiry reaches the office, the office follows up with the customer via sale call or mail to explain further on the products. The customer receives more information on the product through the call or mail until he/she gets convinced. When following up an inquiry, a sales person's target is always to get a sale. Once the customer has been convinced, there is a preparation of quotations for the given products, the quotation is then sent to the customer after being signed by offertory (Porter and Heppelmann, 2014). Customers take in various negotiations and considerations before giving an order to the company. Once the order is there, it undergoes some verification to before being accepted. Depending on the credit limit of the customer, the order can either be accepted, reviewed or rejected. This can also happen considering their set criteria. For example in this company, orders below $ 150 are accepted only if the security code and the address verification are matching. Orders above $ 200, with the security code and the address verification mismatching, is reviewed, orders above $ 250, with security code and address verification mismatching, and the delivery address mismatching the billing address will be rejected (Porter and Heppelmann, 2014). Dispatching is a function of production in which company ships out goods and makes them available to the customer according to the order that received. It is the timely movement of the purchased goods by customers. Dispatching is always timely in this company in order to win the customers trust. It is most valued in the golden bridge as it helps in achieving maintaining longtime relationships with customers. The products brand names, quantities, and prices put on an invoice sheet. This is invoicing. The sheet also contains terms and conditions for the payment. The buyer has to pay the seller as this sheet gives the evidence of supply (Porter and Heppelmann, 2014). The entire process is automatic making it effective. It has various advantages and disadvantages. Among their advantages is that the company is able to scrutinize the order and customer to ensure they can be able to pay, avoiding losses. The timely delivery that despatching achieves makes the system to satisfy the customers. Among the disadvantages, the process takes a long time and cannot handle an order with an emergency. A company can go at a loss especially when sending quotations with no feedback from customers (Christopher, 2016). Recommendations for a more Effective Order System The system used in the company is effective, although, for more effectiveness, various changes have to take place. Technology integration with the retailers demands capture systems will help the company to monitor demand visibility as the product consumption continues. The company should also focus on establishing a consistent customer experience through channels. Finally, the company should invest more in technology systems, which will help in automating most of the processes, which are manual. For every organization or company to function smoothly, it has to employ an effective inventory management system. Inventory management system is the process of moving parts and products into and out of the company's location. Updating Inventory management should always daily, this because of the daily purchase orders and the company shipping the final products out daily. There are many challenges experienced in inventory function; the management has to understand inventory function in order to overcome the challenges (Hiiemaa, 2015).In Golden Bridge, the company employs both manual and computerized inventory control systems. The inventory management system used in golden bridge company is very effective. It has minimal challenges that are experienced. There are four processes involved in inventory management of the company: Determination of the optimum inventory levels and procedure of their reviews and adjustment is the first step. When there is too much of inventory, it will result in locking up of working capital accompanied by increased carrying costs. When there is a small inventory, it will release excessive capital for alternative uses and it reduces carrying costs and increases the ordering cost (Luke Argo, 2015). The second step involves the determination of the degree of control that is required for the best results. It involves the realization of the control required in ensuring the objectives of the inventory management are realized. The company uses various methods of categorization with ABC being the best. This method helps to categorize products according to their value and cost, the valuable product acquires more control (Luke Argo, 2015). Planning and designing of the inventory system is the third stage. The inventory systems define the policies and organizational structure for the maintenance and control of goods. The system helps in keeping track of purchase orders, when to place the orders and how to supply. A technological technique is the efficient one, which should be having a lot of consideration. The software has been in use for almost five years to help in monitoring the inventory process (Hiiemaa, 2015). The three steps in inventory management give us the detailed procedure used in the inventory management of Golden Bridge Food Company. There are a tight procedure and monitoring systems that prevent cases of mishandling goods. There many advantages of this inventory management system. The computerized system helps in saving time, which is important in accomplishing other tasks; it also helps to boost the efficiency of the organization (Ready, 2017). When inventory management becomes automatic, the rest of the departments like data collection, recording and analysis becomes automated making the organization have increased efficiencies. Data security, uninterrupted production, and adequate stock are also some advantages (Ready, 2017). The disadvantages associated with inventory system is that the software is expensive to install and maintain, the system also needs a continuous update that will help in keeping the monitors alert. This is at times very tiresome. Complexity is another disadvantage in that the process of learning how to use the system may be complicated and requires an intense training (Ready, 2017). Recommendations for an improved Inventory Management System For more efficiency in the inventory function of the company, various improvements need to apply. The company should employ advanced software to facilitate inventory management. I propose the use of enterprise resource planning software that helps the company to optimize inventory levels through the identification of when to purchase and to fulfill demand from the customers (Hiiemaa, 2017).It brings transparency to the general process of inventory management. The company should also establish cloud-based inventory management systems, which can provide cost-effective systems while offering access to many users across the world. This will increase the company's market share. Conclusion In any organization, there is the integration of the different departments in order to ensure the achievement of the set goals. Logistics, one of the functions in an organization cannot stand in isolation; it interfaces with various functions like marketing, finance and accounting together with production to ensure customer satisfaction. Logistics interfaces too with the order processing and inventory management. Different companies depending on the market environment will use different ways of order processing. The standard order processing used is sales inquiry, preparation of quotation, order acceptance, dispatching and invoicing. The whole process ensures delivery to the customers. There are many challenges that accompany this process; this challenges led to the development of an automatic process, which facilitates faster delivery of goods to customers. Inventory management, just as logistics function of an organization, is very important. It facilitates the entire process in wh ich there is a movement of products into and out of the company's location. Without the integration of inventory management and logistics, it will be difficult to achieve inventory management objectives. Companies or organizations require cohesion of the different departments in order to ensure achievement of the general goal and mission of the company. References Carr.S. (2015). It Is Reasonable To Wonder What Shakespeare Had In Mind While Writing

It is reasonable to wonder what Shakespeare had in mind while writing Hamlet. After all, Shakespeare wasn't a philosopher or historian, or even a literary critic. He was a playwright. He didn't leave critical essays examining his work. It is left to us to examine his work and decide for ourselves, if we care to, what Shakespeare was thinking. Did he know that he was writing a drama of deep psychological significance, a play which would eventually be viewed and read the world over, produced many times over hundreds of years, taught in schools, and thought of as one of the world's greatest plays? I, for one, imagine him crossing the t in the last word of the play, putting down his pen, and saying, I hope it runs a year. Yet Hamlet is an extremely complex play. To appreciate the imagination which went into the creation of this tragedy, let's first delve into what is putatively Shakespeare's most complex tragedy, King Lear. Lear has three daughters: Cordelia, who is faithful and unappreciated by Lear, and Regan and Goneril who receive everything at his hands and betray him. These themes of misplaced love and filial betrayal are mirrored in the subplot of the play, the relationship between the Earl of Gloster and his two sons, Edmund, who is supported and approved by Gloster and betrays him, and Edgar, who unjustly becomes a fugitive from his father's wrath. The mirror is whole. In it we view Cordelia's reflection and see Edgar, while Regan's and Goneril's reflections, which are of one face, show us Edmund. In the main plot of Hamlet, Hamlet's father has been murdered. Hamlet swears revenge, but feign's madness and delays. In the subplot, the chamberlain, Polonius, is murdered by Hamlet. One of Polonius's children, Laertes, swears revenge, while the other, his daughter Ophelia, goes mad. Here, the mirror is cracked. Hamlet's reflection is splintered. We see one part of him, his revenge motive, in Laertes' action, and we see his pretended madness in Ophelia's piteous condition. More than this, Hamlet's image is dimmed compared to those of his counterparts. Hamlet speaks of revenge, but procrastinates; Laertes instantly raises and army and attacks the kingdom, but he must be satisfied over his father's murder. Hamlet only acts mad; Ophelia's madness is too real. Shakespeare presents us with a play dealing with striking human similarities and differences-and a protagonist who is more than a character, but is a compendium of the qualities of the minor characters. Hamlet's unrealized potential throws the fully-realized actions of Laertes and Ophelia into relief. If the play were about Laertes and Ophelia, Hamlet would be the perfect foil. In Hamlet's fibrillating performance we appreciate Laertes boldness. Viewed against Hamlet's affected loss of wits, Ophelia's true madness is the more pitiful. But to consider Hamlet a foil for Laertes and Ophelia is to miss the point. After all, Hamlet is the hero. The play is, more than anyone, about him. Mirrors can be deceptive. One can lose sight of what is real and what is merely image. Claudius is a case in point. We could never mistake Claudius for the protagonist of the play. Could we? He is Hamlet's antagonist. But, In fact, Claudius has several characteristics common to Shakespeare's tragic heroes. Using *A. C. Bradley's definition, let's examine Claudius's qualifications to be the protagonist of Hamlet. ? The tragic hero is a person of high degree or great importance. Claudius qualifies here. He is the king. As his fortunes go, so go those of all who surround him. As he is cheerful, the court is cheerful. As his brow is contracted in woe, so the Danish court suffers. ? The tragic hero has a predisposition in some particular direction, accompanied by an inability to resist the force which drives him or her. Claudius is ambitious. His ? ambition drives him to murder his brother, the former king. ? Claudius is evil. But the tragic hero need not be good. Consider Macbeth and Richard III. ? By their acts, Shakespeare's tragic heroes hope to achieve intended outcomes. But what they achieve is not what they intended; it is terribly unlike it. Claudius's murderous act brings him only short-lived happiness. As the play opens, Claudius's situation is secure. He
